ILMI was founded in 1994 to provide international education opportunities for South American college students of all language levels and majors. Today, ILMI sends thousands of students on study abroad programs at multiple universities in 15 countries.

The mission of ILMI is to create and facilitate opportunities for personal growth and global understanding through quality international education and cultural experiences.
